WWE has officially announced the SmackDown Women’s Championship match that will take place at the upcoming SummerSlam event.
On last week’s show (July 30), Sasha Banks made her return to SmackDown to team with SmackDown Women’s Champion Bianca Belair in a winning effort against Zelina Vega and Carmella, before attacking the champion after the match.
At the start of this week’s show, Sasha opened the show and challenged Bianca to a title match, which Bianca accepted for SummerSlam.
WWE SummerSlam streams live on the WWE Network and Peacock in the United States on Saturday, August 21.
