Strap Match & Money In the Bank Qualifier Announced For Next Week’s Raw

A strap match is often made when one superstar consistently runs away from another instead of fighting. WWE actually used some sound logic to determine an upcoming stipulation for a match next week.

As such, WWE announced Jaxson Ryker and Elias will be facing off in a strap match next week on Raw. Ryker announced the match in a backstage segment where Mansoor was asking for advice.

Ryker explained Elias wouldn’t be able to run away next week. He also explained how Elias wouldn’t hear music but would only hear the slaps of the leather against his back.

Another big match was announced for next week as well. In spite of numerous superstars complaining about being overlooked for the chance to enter the Money In The Bank Ladder Match, WWE announced that there would be a second chance triple threat next week.

AJ Styles, Randy Orton, and Drew McIntyre would all get a second chance to qualify for the match next week. This means Riddle, Ricochet, and John Morrison are the first official entrants in the match.

On the womens’ side, Nikki Cross, Alexa Bliss, Asuka and Naomi have qualified. As always, WrestleTalk will have coverage of Raw and Money in the Bank.
