The Rock Comments On ‘Intense’ WWE WrestleMania 40 Training Camp WWE

The Rock has commented on the “intense” WWE WrestleMania 40 training camp ahead of this weekend’s two-night event.

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is set to make his in-ring return in his first match in over eight years at WrestleMania 40.

With Johnson set to team with Roman Reigns to face Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins on WrestleMania Saturday, many fans have wondered what they are to expect from “The Final Boss” inside the squared circle.

On April 5, The Rock took to social media to comment on the “intense” WrestleMania 40 training camp that he put himself through. He wrote:

My 12 week training camp for #WrestleMania has been intense and unlike anything I’ve ever done. Pushing myself physically, mentally and psychologically to places I’ve never gone.

The men I’m wrestling this weekend at WrestleMania are the best in the world.
My respect for them is boundless.
My love for pro wrestling is forever.

Honored to share the ring, go to war in our squared circle and entrain the fans.

Here’s a raw and uncut look at one of my final training sessions this week.

Audaces Fortuna Iuvat,

The Rock will headline WrestleMania Saturday alongside Roman Reigns as they face Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins. Then, Reigns will defend the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship against Rhodes on WrestleMania Sunday.

The Rock recently turned up to a scheduled WWE WrestleMania 40 week event two hours late, facing a backlash from fans in attendance in Philadelphia.
