WWE SmackDown Star Praised As A ‘Leader’

WWE SmackDown Star Praised As A ‘Leader’ WWE

TJ Wilson  has singled out a SmackDown star as a leader within the WWE roster, praising his hard-work and high-energy.

Speaking on the Out of Character podcast, WWE producer and ex-talent TJ Wilson (Tyson Kidd) heaped praise on Angelo Dawkins of the Street Profits, who he feels has showcased incredible work ethic over the years.

Wilson said:

“He has put so much work in, and I will never take any credit for anybody’s hard work.

“He has put in so much hard work, and it’s a great energy to be around.

“Not only does he put in the work for himself, but when he’s there, he keeps the energy really high for everybody else.

“He’s a leader. He’s absolutely a leader, and he just continues to prove that week after week.”

Wilson revealed that Dawkins regularly trains with Wilson and his wife Natalya near their home, even after being on TV or on the road:

“He’ll be on the road, he’ll be on the live events. He’ll be at TV (tapings), and then he’ll still come to my ring, which is a 20-minute drive from my house, but it’s at least 90 minutes from his house and then back.

“He’s coming every time, man.”

Dawkins has seen much success as one-half of the Street Profits alongside Montez Ford, however, in recent months an allegiance with former two-time WWE Champion Bobby Lashley has given them an all new edge to their characters.

While it was unclear at first, the new faction was confirmed to be heels via an internal talent board, adding yet another potentially dominant stable to WWE’s ranks.
