Triple H Addresses John Cena & The Rock WWE Return Rumors

Triple H has commented on the speculation surrounding the WWE returns of John Cena and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.

While Cena and The Rock are currently thriving in Hollywood, reports have stated that both stars are expected to wrestle again before the end of 2021.

According to Triple H, both former WWE Champions still see the fun side of wrestling. Speaking with the New York Post, Triple H pointed out that Cena and The Rock are very busy, but consider every opportunity.

Discussing their busy schedules, Triple H said:

“No matter how busy they are, I know that anytime there’s an opportunity where you would say to them, ‘Hey, you could enter the ring in WWE and do this,’ there’s a part of them that goes, ‘Ooh, that sounds like a lot of fun,’”

John Cena will reportedly return to WWE to headline SummerSlam against Roman Reigns. The Tribal Chief has recently stated that he doesn’t believe there’s anybody in WWE worth passing the torch to.

WWE are reportedly hopeful that The Rock will return to action this year. He hasn’t wrestled a match (that has went longer than 6 seconds) since he lost the WWE Championship to Cena at WrestleMania 29.
