A former WWE star has revealed the advice he got from Dolph Ziggler.
Being a veteran talent and steady hand in the professional wrestling business are always useful for a promotion.
There have been numerous names that have been viewed as this throughout the years from Shawn Spears to Dolph Ziggler.
During a recent appearance on Lazy Booking, Tyler Breeze revealed a piece of advice he received from Dolph Ziggler. He said:
“I remember Dolph explained this to me before — as soon as I got up to SmackDown, actually.”
“He went, ‘Look, man,’ he goes, ‘This is the thing. You can see very clearly who their guys are, and you can see very clearly who their guys are not. You and me? We are not their guys.'”
Ziggler explained to Breeze that even if talent like them were to steal the spotlight, it would always be placed on a bigger talent.
Breeze continued on to explain how he was asked to work with KENTA when he came over from Japan to NXT, saying:
“I was kind of in that same category. KENTA comes over from Japan [to “NXT” in 2015], I’m working him for like six months and showing what he can do.”
Despite being released in 2021, it was recently revealed that Tyler Breeze was still signed by WWE, which you can read here.
