Two weeks ago, AEW president Tony Khan appeared on Dynamite to announce a new weekly AEW program,
AEW’s All-Access reality show is set to premiere on March 29 following that night’s AEW Dynamite show, which will feature Adam Cole’s return to action.
However, it appears that may not be the only new television that the promotion may get soon.
Andrew Zarian of the Mat Men podcast has reported that AEW is set to get an extra hour of weekly wrestling television soon.
In an update from Fightful Select (subscription required), top AEW talent have yet to be briefed on whether or not this is the case.
The report also notes that the rumor, which is currently unconfirmed, is that the show would air at 6:05pm on Saturday nights, the same timeslot that WCW Saturday night used to air.
Tony Khan’s weekly ROH television show began airing last Thursday on HonorClub, which would mean a Tony Khan booked wrestling show would air every day from Monday to Saturday every week.
AEW recently trademarked the name AEW Collision, which could be the name used by this potential new show.
