Viral Independent Wrestler Makes AEW Debut

The world of independent wrestling is a very unique place, and that’s what makes it so fun and awesome.

A video recently went viral on social media of an independent wrestler by the name of Luigi Primo. Primo’s gimmick is that he is a pizza maker, and he keeps that up even when in the ring.

The footage showed a match with Primo hitting his moves while still tossing around pizza dough, and the clip went viral on Twitter, even reaching circles outside of wrestling.

Well, Luigi Primo was on tonight’s AEW Dynamite show in Albany, New York. Alex Marvez introduced him during a backstage segment, before Ethan Page of the newly named ‘The Firm’ stable came into the ring and knocked him out.

Page said he was here to take his job seriously, which nobody else does in AEW, before Danhausen entered the shot and challenged Page to a match on Rampage.
