I can’t think of a better way of promoting an Irish cultural and religious celebration than having Seth Rollins stomp a leprechaun on live TV.

Clearly WWE and the Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon couldn’t think of a better way either, because that’s exactly what happened on last night’s episode.

Rollins steals the leprechaun’s pot of gold before hitting him in the stomach, he then delivers the stomp, because wrestling is really weird sometimes.

We are reliably informed the leprechaun was a paid actor, and not a real leprechaun. It also isn’t Sami Zayn in a costume, even if WrestleTalk video editor Rich thinks it is. Silly Rich.

Rollins is currently looking for an opponent at WrestleMania, and while it is almost certainly going to be Cody Rhodes, perhaps the leprechaun will make it a Triple Threat match?
