WWE star Drew Gulak has revealed that he made significant contributions to the MyRise stories in WWE 2K24.
With the next installment in the WWE 2K franchise set to hit shelves in a matter of days, a new trailer has been shared showing off the game’s two original MyRise career mode storylines.
Drew Gulak has now taken to Twitter to confirm that he worked as a director on the WWE 2K24 MyRise storylines last year.
Hyping up the game mode, Gulak said:
I got to spend a good chunk of 2023 as a director on #WWE2K24’s #MyRISE stories. The amount of passion that these developers, writers, and actors have for making this game FUN is incredible!
It’s surreal to see the work realized, and I can’t wait for @WWE fans to play through it!
Gulak is currently wrestling on the NXT brand, most recently stepping into the ring on WWE TV during the January 2 NXT New Year’s Evil event, teaming with Damon Kemp and Myles Borne in a losing effort against Carlito, Cruz Del Toro & Joaquin Wilde.
Gulak’s No Quarter Catch Crew teammate Charlie Dempsey notably won the NXT Heritage Cup from Noam Dar during the February 27 episode.
