The WWE return of Carlito at the May 6 Backlash premium live event has drawn incredible numbers on social media.
The former Intercontinental Champion made an appearance to side with Bad Bunny and fend off the Judgment Day during the rapper’s street fight against Damian Priest.
It’s fair to say that fans have shown interest in Carlito’s surprise appearance, with the moment gaining millions of views on social media.
As of writing (2:20 ET on May 7), the post sharing the video of Carlito’s return has drawn 3.9 million views.
The clip is also doing well on YouTube, with the video currently sitting on 1.1 million views. For comparison, the next most viewed videos from Backlash on WWE’s YouTube channel are the full show highlights video with 823,000 views, and the Bad Bunny vs Damian Priest highlight video with 734,000 views.
