WWE Star Shares In-Ring Tribute to IMPACT Wrestling Tag Team

A WWE star has shared an in-ring tribute to their former home of IMPACT Wrestling on the recent episode of WWE Raw.

On the June 12 episode of WWE Raw, Chelsea Green faced Becky Lynch while Zoey Stark watched proceedings. Highlights of this can be seen below this news story.

The match would see Lynch victorious after locking in the Dis-Arm-Her for the submission victory.

Green made her return to WWE in January 2023 at the Royal Rumble and has recently been seen teaming with Sonya Deville.

It was a throwback to another tag team that caught the attention of fans on Twitter, however, thanks to Green’s choice of ring attire.

As WrestlingCovers noted on Twitter, Green was wearing her VXT ring attire (as seen below).

VXT was the team of Chelsea Green and Deonna Purrazzo that formed in mid-2022.

Together, the pair would become Impact Knockouts World Tag Team Champions.

Green would respond to the tweet from WrestlingCovers with two VXT-colored heart emojis.

Green originally signed with WWE in 2018 and would remain with the company until her release in April 2021.

She would appear in Ring of Honor before returning to Impact Wrestling and making her way back to WWE in 2023.

Along with being a former Impact Knockouts World Tag Team Champion, Green was also an Impact Knockouts Champion.

Chelsea Green’s real-life husband Matt Cardona recently asked her to send a message to Triple H for him.
