WWE Crown Jewel takes place at the Mohammed Abdo Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on November 4, 2023, with a potentially wet weather forecast.
The Mohammed Abdo Arena is an open-air, multi-purpose arena and also hosted WWE Crown Jewel in October 2021.
The pre-show for Saturday’s event starts at 12pm ET with the main show starting one hour later at 1pm ET.
This means that the start time for the main show in Riyadh is 8pm.
Various weather forecast sites report that there could be rain or thunderstorms on November 4.
Accuweather lists the weather for the day, at the time of writing, as “Sunshine mixing with some clouds with a thunderstorm in spots in the afternoon” with the evening being “clear to partly cloudy.”
The United Kingdom Met Office reports that the weather in the evening has a 40% chance of rain.
The BBC Weather site also shows thundery showers for the late afternoon, with a chance of rain in the evening.
Weather is, if nothing else, unpredictable, although at the moment it doesn’t look like it’ll be a washout.
No doubt a clearer picture of the weather for November 4 will emerge closer to the time.
Vince McMahon was seen with The Undertaker at the recent Tyson Fury vs Francis Ngannou fight night in Riyadh and is expected to be at WWE Crown Jewel with Ari Emanuel.
