A former WWE ring announcer has been spotted at IMPACT Wrestling.

IMPACT Wrestling has recently seen its fair share of former WWE names in and outside of the ring.

The highly touted signing of Trinity made quite a few headlines, while names such as Tom Hannifan and Matthew Rehwoldt have made their own footprint on the promotion on the commentary side.

On the June 15 edition of IMPACT on AXS TV, the show kicked off with the new X-Division Champion Chris Sabin and the new IMPACT World Champion Alex Shelley of the Motor City Machine Guns.

As Shelley and Sabin were celebrated their title wins from Against All Odds, the camera panned to reveal former WWE ring announcer Greg Hamilton sitting in the front row.

This brief moment was caught by a fan who posted a photo of Hamilton’s cameo on Instagram. Hamilton then reposted the image to his IG story with the caption, saying:

“Damn…y’all really noticed! May or may not be me front row at [Impact Wrestling]… but if I was, [Scott D’Amore], I had a blast. #NeverSayNever.”

With this hashtag, it seems Greg Hamilton is open to potentially coming to IMPACT Wrestling. Nothing has been confirmed about his status with the promotion as of yet.
