WWE Group Officially Disbands

WWE Group Officially Disbands WWE

A WWE faction has officially disbanded after a backstage segment on tonight’s WWE NXT as the group agrees to go their separate ways.

Last week, Josh Briggs had told his group to stay away from ringside during the match as he wanted to ‘ride solo’, the champ certainly was not solo.

With Noam Dar’s Meta-Four faction at ringside (Jakara Jackson, Lash Legend and Oro Mensah), they certainly provided plenty of distraction interference.

After Josh Briggs took on Noam Dar for the WWE Heritage Cup and lost due to a disqualification, he met up with Brooks Jensen and Fallon Henley backstage.

With Jensen telling Briggs that he could tell he wanted to compete in singles action, he would always love them but he understood it seemed time to part ways.

While the trio split apart incredibly amicably, it did leave a lonely visual for both Fallon Henley and Josh Briggs to walk away, leaving Brooks Jensen holding their group pose, alone.

On Twitter, Jensen wrote:

“Josh & @FallonHenleyWWE,

If you must go

I wish you love

You’ll never walk alone

#WWENXT #family”

Elsewhere on tonight’s show, Fallon Henley and Tiffany Stratton’s upcoming grudge match was made official for NXT New Year’s Evil.

If Henley wins, Stratton becomes her ‘Ranch Hand’ for the day and if Stratton wins, Henley becomes her ‘servant’ for the day.

Recently both Fallon Henley and Brooks Jensen have made appearances at WWE Raw tapings, participating in dark matches in front of the live crowd for WWE Main Event on Peacock.

We’ll have to stay tuned to see if perhaps the split means that some of the trio are main roster bound or even, set for a WWE NXT character change entirely.
