New footage has shown that WWE muted explicit Roman Reigns chants on this week’s edition of WWE SmackDown.
On the February 17 show, which emanated from Montreal, Quebec, Canada, Sami Zayn received a huge welcome from his home-province crowd.
Sami Zayn initially let the crowd chant so for a few minutes, you could just hear the crowd reaction, or at least that’s what WWE would have you believe.
New videos have emerged from inside the arena, revealing that there was a loud ‘f**k you, Roman’ chant echoing through the arena, directed at WWE Undisputed Universal Champion Roman Reigns.
This was barely heard on the live FOX broadcast of the show, and cannot be heard on the YouTube highlight video of the segment (linked below).
You can hear the explicit chants in the Twitter video below however, shared by a fan:

Zayn is set to challenge for Roman Reigns’ WWE Undisputed Universal Championship at Saturday’s Elimination Chamber premium live event.
This comes after Zayn turned on the Bloodline at Royal Rumble, striking Reigns with a chair, after Reigns ordered him to attack Kevin Owens.
A huge spoiler has emerged on WWE plans for Roman Reigns vs Sami Zayn, which you can read about right here.
