There was a recent change to the announcers on WWE programming, which included the backstage interviews for the shows.
One of the changes made saw Byron Saxton and Jackie Redmond be named the new backstage interviewers for Raw, with Cathy Kelley being moved to SmackDown alongside Kayla Braxton.
One name who was seemingly left without a role following the shift was Sarah Schreiber, who appeared on this week’s episode of NXT in a backstage segment with Baron Corbin.
Taking to Twitter last night, Sarah seemingly confirmed yet another new role within the company, with her holding the ring announcer’s microphone featuring the logo for NXT Level Up.
She wrote:
That was fun! Thanks for the hospitality #nxtuniverse
Kelly Kincaid previously provided the ring announcing for Level Up, as well as holding backstage interviews on both Level Up and NXT.
It’s unclear whether this was just a one-off for this week or a permanent change, but we’ll keep you updated.
