WWE NXT Talent Not Drafted’s Backstage Reaction Revealed

The backstage reaction from WWE NXT stars who were not drafted to Raw or SmackDown in the 2024 Draft has been revealed.

The 2024 Draft is now officially in the books, with many NXT stars making their moves up to the main roster.

Raw picked up Kiana James, Ilja Dragunov, Lyra Valkyria and Dijak, while SmackDown took Carmelo Hayes, Baron Corbin and Blair Davenport.

There are still a number of top names not called up to the main roster in the Draft, and the backstage reaction among some of those talents has been revealed.

Per Fightful Select (subscription required), talent remaining in NXT after the Draft had a sense of relief about not being ‘thrown into the deep end’ on the main roster.

While NXT was teased as a major part of the Draft, the brand didn’t end up officially drafting any main roster talents.
