WWE Reveals Fan Voted 2023 Year End Award Winners

On tonight’s episode of WWE NXT (December 26), WWE revealed the winners of the fan voted NXT Year End Awards.

After a fan led vote, three of the categories of the NXT Year End Awards have already been revealed.

The female superstar of the year was Tiffany Stratton, a former NXT Women’s Champion.

The male superstar of the year was Ilja Dragunov, the current NXT World Champion.

The tag team of the year were the Creed Brothers who have since departed NXT and are now making waves on the main roster.

The awards would later play into the backstage interaction between Nathan Frazer, Axiom and Bron Breakker.

While Frazer and Axiom sat chatting about the awards with Frazer musing that at least Bron Breakker didn’t win the male superstar of the year distinction, Breakker of course popped up behind him.

This would set up a match between the two later in the show.

There are more categories yet to be revealed, this article will be updated accordingly as the additional winners are revealed.

Kicking off 2024, WWE hosts the ‘New Year’s Knockout Week’ with a special Day 1 edition of WWE Raw on Monday.

The middle of the week is also set to host NXT New Year’s Evil on Tuesday, other Best Of compilations including Best of the Bump and Best of premium live events for Wednesday and Thursday on Peacock.

Also noted for Thursday, a ‘live 2024 preview special’ before finishing up with WWE SmackDown: New Year’s Revolution on Friday, January 5.
