The WWE star who topped Sports Illustrated’s list of Top 10 Wrestlers of 2022 has reacted to the honor on Instagram.
Taking to his Instagram stories to share the graphic from SI naming himself as the top wrestler of 2022, Seth Rollins has responded.
Writing along with the shared image from SI of the complete top ten list, Rollins added the text:
“Thanks for the love. An honor to be apart of this list.”
Other WWE stars on the list include WWE Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair and Undisputed WWE World Champion Roman Reigns.
Seth Rollins has had a very fascinating 2022, including one very big match at WrestleMania 38.
In the lead up to the event, Seth Rollins was billed as having a “mystery opponent” and when the April day finally arrived, it really was the hotly anticipated free agent that fans had been expecting.
Masterfully going on to put on an exceptional match without the benefit of a television build in advance, Rollins seamlessly integrated the ‘Prodigal Son’ Rhodes back into the fold.
Additionally, he is always exceptionally well dressed.
Congratulations to Seth Rollins on the distinction of being named SI’s number one wrestler of 2022!
