A new six-man tag-team match featuring Imperium has been added to the lineup for the February 24 edition of SmackDown.
On Friday’s show, GUNTHER, Ludwig Kaiser and Giovanni Vinci will face off against Braun Strowman, Ricochet and Madcap Moss.
This comes after the competitors on the second team’s recent unsuccessful championship outings.
On last week’s (February 17) show, GUNTHER defeated Moss to retain his Intercontinental Championship. The previous week, The Usos retained their SmackDown Tag Team Championship in a match against Strowman and Ricochet.
The following match preview was shared on WWE.com:
In recent weeks, Braun Stowman & Ricochet failed to unseat Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champion The Usos, and Madcap Moss fell short against Intercontinental Champion Gunther.
Now, the explosive trio of Moss, The Monster of All Monsters and The One and Only will look to get back to their winning ways when they join forces against Imperium in a Six-Man Tag Team showdown.
The current lineup for this week’s show is as follows:
– Imperium vs. Braun Strowman, Ricochet & Madcap Moss
– Rey Mysterio vs. Karrion Kross
– Bray Wyatt Firefly Fun House segment
– Charlotte Flair and Rhea Ripley face-to-face
