WWE Star John Cena Makes Baseball Debut

WWE star John Cena can now add exhibition baseball star to his list of accomplishments as he joined the Savannah Bananas for a game.

John Cena made a surprise appearance in Tampa Bay, joining the Savannah Bananas baseball team at a game.

Making a big mark in his debut with the team, Cena made a valiant effort but did strike out at his attempt at bat.

In case you didn’t know, the Savannah Bananas are essentially the Harlem Globetrotters of Baseball or to put it more crassly, the team is ‘fake’.

Currently on a world tour, the Savannah Bananas are known for their wacky on-field antics as well as dance breaks that have amassed over 300 million views on TikTok.

Of course professional wrestling fans know, you can’t fake the athleticism required to portray the role of an athlete, including the at-bats from Cena and the Bananas!

As far as John Cena in wrestling is concerned, he has not been seen in WWE since his loss to Solo Sikoa at WWE Crown Jewel.

However another familiar face has been popping up quite a bit as of late is Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson.

Johnson shocked the world when he slapped Cody Rhodes in the face during the WrestleMania 40 kickoff media event, leaving continued questions about his involvement in the ‘Road to WrestleMania’.

However we won’t have to wait terribly long as the next appearance by The Rock in WWE was announced on last night’s episode of SmackDown.
