A top WWE star says he was supposed to link up with WWE Hall of Famer and multi-time world champion Hulk Hogan at Royal Rumble 2024.
At WWE Royal Rumble, Logan Paul defeated Kevin Owens via disqualification to retain the United States Championship.
Paul previously sparked some online buzz by paying tribute to Hulk Hogan during his bout against Ricochet at SummerSlam 2023. One of the broadcast team members named one of Logan’s moves, the Hogan Paul.
On the latest edition of the IMPAULSIVE podcast, Logan Paul spoke with rapper Rick Ross and brought up his WWE work. When asked to describe the best piece of advice Hogan has given him, Logan answered:
Logan Paul: I haven’t spoken to him yet.
Rick Ross: You wasn’t a Hulkster?
LP: I am, but I haven’t personally spoken to him.
Rick Ross: Oh, man. You gotta reach out to the homie.
Logan Paul: I know. We were supposed to link up actually two days ago [at WWE Royal Rumble] but I was just in the zone before my match. I just wanted to focus. It’s hard nah. We gotta get you in there, Rick, running ropes.
WWE revealed that SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis will announce Logan Paul’s next challenger for the United States Championship on the February 8 episode.
