WWE Star Debuts New Theme Song Inspired By Licenced Song WWE

A WWE star has debuted a new theme song inspired by a recent dark match where they used a licenced song as their theme music.

Several months ago, WWE NXT star Brooks Jensen entered the ring for a dark match against Oba Femi prior to NXT Halloween Havoc, making his way out to the song Separate Ways (Worlds Apart) by Journey.

The entrance went viral on social media due to WWE rarely using licenced entrance music, with Jensen even teasing that we may hear the song on NXT television one day.

Brooks, Josh Briggs and Fallon Henley recently went their separate ways (pardon the pun) on NXT television, which opened the door to Brooks being repackaged and the theme song being used for Jensen.

On last night’s episode of NXT Level Up, Jensen was in singles action for the first time since he and Briggs went off on their own, when he scored the victory over Luca Crusifino.

Brooks did indeed debut a new theme song for the match, though it was not the iconic Journey track, but rather a WWE produced version of the song.

Brooks scored the victory in the match with a diving knee drop off the top rope as it does seem as though he will transition into more of an 80’s throwback wrestler.

Brooks’ former partner Fallon Henley scored the win over Tiffany Stratton on this week’s show, forcing Tiffany to be her ranch hand going forward.
