Current Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champion Sami Zayn has shared a reunion photo with current AEW interviewer Renee Paquette.
Sami and Renee spent a lot of time working together in WWE, and they met up ahead of tonight’s episode of SmackDown.
Taking to Twitter, Sami shared the photo of the pair, simply stating:
Old pals.

Sami has found himself becoming one of the most popular stars in WWE since he betrayed the Bloodline back at the 2023 Royal Rumble event.
He and Kevin Owens defeated the Usos in the main event of WrestleMania 39 night one to end their historic reign with the titles.
Renee left WWE back in 2020, her last appearance for the company taking place at SummerSlam 2020.
She joined AEW during the company’s first tour of Canada back in October of last year.
Renee appears weekly on AEW programming as a backstage interviewer on Dynamite.
