Former WWE Divas Champion AJ Mendez (fka AJ Lee) has now appeared to provide clarification on her future in wrestling.
Since Mendez’ husband CM Punk made his return to wrestling in August 2021, fans have called for Mendez to make an in-ring comeback of her own.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like Mendez is considering lacing up her boots, or Chuck Taylors, anytime soon.
Mendez has shared a new post on Instagram showing off her incredible physique following a body transformation.
Reiterating that she’s retired, she captioned the post:

Mendez last wrestled on the March 3o, 2015 edition of Raw, teaming with Trinity Fatu (Naomi) and Saraya to defeat Natalya & The Bella Twins.
Like Punk, Mendez also returned to the world of wrestling in 2021, becoming executive producer for WOW Women of Wrestling that October.
AJ Mendez will soon make an appearance in the Heels TV series.

Following CM Punk’s return on the June 17 edition of Collision, the former AEW World Champion is preparing to wrestle in the Owen Hart Foundation tournament.
Punk is slated to face former IWGP Heavyweight Champion Satoshi Kojima in his first-round match at AEW X NJPW Forbidden Door 2023.
