American Footballer Reveals What He Was Told To Do In WrestleMania 39 Match WWE

An American footballer has revealed what he was told to do during his surprise appearance in a WrestleMania 39 match.

George Kittle made his presence felt during the unexpected match between The Miz and Pat McAfee on night one of the two-night event.

Initially sitting at ringside, Kittle would boo The Miz, only to be forced to retaliate when the A-Lister pushed him back into his chair.

Kittle would get involved in the match, helping McAfee score the win.

Speaking on the Rich Eisen Show, Kittle revealed what The Miz had told him backstage, saying:

“[The Miz] talked me through it for about five minutes and then he was like, ‘You know what? You got it. You’re good to go. I don’t want to put too much stuff in your head. Just go hit me.’ I had fun too.”

Kittle would then reveal the additional instructions he was given from an unnamed individual, adding:

“Then once I was walking back to my seat after the rehearsal, one of the other guys goes, ‘Hey, make sure you hit him harder than he thinks he’s going to get hit. It’ll look better.’

“So I was like, ‘All right, sounds good.'”
