Top WWE Star Addresses Uncertainty Surrounding WrestleMania Status WWE

Former WWE Champion Bobby Lashley has addressed rumors surrounding plans for him as WrestleMania 39, ahead of the April 1-2 event.

Bobby Lashley’s WrestleMania status is currently up in the air, with there being speculation about whether or not his planned opponent, Bray Wyatt will be cleared to compete on the show.

After starting a rivalry with Lashley, Wyatt has been off the road and has missed some WWE shows reportedly due to an illness.

Speaking on the Milwaukee radio station Jammin’ 98.3, Lashley indicated that he plans to compete at WrestleMania, regardless of if Wyatt is cleared or not.

Explaining why he deserves to be on the card, Lashley said:

“Man, I tell you what, you can’t have WrestleMania without Lashley. You can’t have a WrestleMania without me.

“I don’t know what the situation is there, but there’s a lot of guys that I might just wreck the whole damn thing. I’m not gonna put all the time and effort (to miss WrestleMania).

“I’m that guy. Live events, I’m there, going throughout the country, so we’re not gonna go all the way around and then come to WrestleMania and then put some people that were not at any of those live events.

“Showcase those guys and not showcase me? The person that held the titles, held the United States title, held the WWE title.”

Two more matches are reportedly expected to be added to the WrestleMania 39 line-up, which you can read more about right there.
