WWE has announced that Mia Yim will take on NXT UK Women’s Champion Kay Lee Ray on the Worlds Collide pre-show. This will be the first time they will go one on one in WWE.

Kay Lee Ray recently defended her title against Toni Storm and Piper Niven at NXT UK Takeover: Blackpool II. She won the title from Storm last August at NXT UK Takeover: Cardiff.
Mia Yim has been attempting to get payback against Dakota Kai after being attacked prior to NXT Takeover WarGames 2019. A win over Kay Lee Ray would do a lot for Yim as she tries to build some momentum.
The two had previously wrestled in the SHIMMER promotion in July of 2017. In that match, Yim was able to pick up the win. They also worked a number of matches as a tag team in the same promotion. Now we will see whether Yim will be able to take down the NXT UK Women’s Champion.
