According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE are planning a massive fracas for this year’s Survivor Series which will see the Four Horsewomen of WWE vs. the Four Horsewomen of MMA.
If rumors are true, then we will see some type of coming together at WWE Evolution on October 28 to hype the traditional Survivor Series Elimination Match which will headline the November extravaganza. This would of course mean a main roster call-up for Shayna Baszler in the next two months.
WWE have had a war between the factions planned for a year now, with angles filmed for a clash in 2017 which never happened. Now all eight-women are contracted to the company, there’s nothing stopping the initiation of such a story.
Whilst Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler continue to wow on the main roster and NXT respectively, Marina Shafir and Jessamyn Duke have greatly impress officials on the live event circuit. Though the latter has yet to compete for the yellow brand thanks to injury, she has been called a “wrestling prodigy.” It is widely believed that she will be the best of the quartet given time.
Survivor Series 2018 will take place on November 18 from the Staples Centre in Los Angeles, California.
