It’s really happened then. Dean Ambrose has left WWE and the promotion has confirmed the news by moving the lunatic without a fringe out of the active roster section on its website.
It has been known for months that Ambrose did not plan on extending his stay with WWE, and this past Sunday the WWE Network aired the “The Shield: Final Chapter” to bring Ambrose’s time with the company to a close.
In a recent interview which aired on WWE.com, Ambrose said:
“Eight years ago, I walked into this casino. Now I’m cashing in my chips and I’m walking away from the table. I won the game. What I do with the rest of my life from here on out is my business. I answer to no one. This time the ‘Million Dollar Man’ didn’t get what he wanted. Because I can’t be bought.”
His last appearance on TV came on April 8 on Raw. It isn’t know what the next step in his wrestling career will be.
