Former WWE NXT star Taynara Conti has revealed another of WWE’s weird banned words, which somewhat limited her character.
Conti’s character was basically that she was a bit crazy, but the only problem with that was that WWE banned the word “crazy”.
Speaking on Ring The Belle, the Brazilian said:
“I always tried to put that in my matches, like I need to find a moment to do it. One day, I had a match on TV. Someone from WWE told me, ‘Hey, Tay, we cannot say ‘crazy’ on TV anymore.’ I was like, ‘Oh no, that’s kind of my thing now.’ They were like, ‘Yeah, sorry, don’t say it.'”
So there we have it. We can add ‘crazy’ to words like ‘hospital’, ‘feud’, and a whole host of others that Vince McMahon simply doesn’t allow to be said on TV. Why? Because he’s mental.
