During tonight’s episode of WWE NXT on the USA Network, a new match was set up for the 2020 edition of TakeOver WarGames this Sunday.
The bout will see Timothy Thatcher take on former NXT Champion Tommaso Ciampa in singles action.
On tonight’s show, Thatcher was about to present another edition of Thatch-As-Thatch-Can, but Ciampa entered the ring and a brawl broke out.
The ‘student’ that Thatcher had in the ring ended up helping him and he got the better of Thatcher, leaving him down and out in the ring.
This means there are now five matches on the card, the others being the two WarGames matches, the strap match with Lumis and Grimes, and the North American Title three-way.
