TBS has announced that the ‘Go-Big Show’ featuring AEW star Cody Rhodes as one of the judges has been renewed for a second season.
Production for the 10-episode season of one-hour shows will begin next month (August) in Georgia.
As we saw last year with Rhodes dropping the TNT Championship to Brodie Lee and then winning it back as soon as he returned, this likely means he’ll miss a number of weeks of AEW TV.
The promotion has set up a match between Cody Rhodes and Malakai Black over the past two weeks, so it seems that’ll either be happening very soon to fit it in before Rhodes is away, or after he’s returned.
In another note regarding the ‘Go-Big Show’, Snoop Dogg, who appeared as a crossover guest on AEW Dynamite last year, has been replaced on the judging panel by DJ Khaled.
