Game Changer Wrestling (GCW) has responded to Dave Meltzer’s criticisms of a recent match by releasing a hilarious t-shirt design.
During Homecoming night one, Matt Cardona defeated fan-favorite Nick Gage to become GCW World Champion. As soon as the referee made the three-count, the angry crowd showered Cardona in trash.
Following the bout, Meltzer took to Twitter to criticize the closing moments of the show. Calling the trash-throwing an embarrassment to pro-wrestling, Meltzer tweeted:
“I’m sure people will make their lame excuses for it, or say how great the heat was, but this crowd reaction was such bulls**t and such an embarrassment to the industry.”
GCW is now selling merchandise quoting Meltzer. Sharing a photo of a t-shirt featuring a screenshot of Meltzer’s words, GCW tweeted:

Former GCW Champion Nick Gage will wrestle Chris Jericho in a no disqualification bout on Wednesday’s AEW Fight for the Fallen show. Gage made a surprise appearance last week during Fyter Fest night two, alongside MJF.
