Okay, the word star is a bit much, but a regular on WWE programming has undergone a name change and appears to be getting a bit of a push. Reginald, the current 24/7 Champion, is now just simply Reggie.
Although, he forgot and originally told Kayla to just call him Reginald and then said Reggie. Reggie got a couple of minutes long promo prior to his match against a mystery opponent.

His mystery opponent appeared to be Otis, but it was revealed to be Chad Gable. Gable lost by DQ in about two minutes when Otis interfered.
Based on the fact he got a new shortened name, a long promo, and a win, it would appear they are going to give Reggie a little push. Of course, we’ll see if it lasts more than 3 weeks.
