WWE Hall of Famer Tammy ‘Sunny’ Sytch was released from Monmouth County Correctional on Friday (January 14) at 7:44 PM EST, per PWInsider.
Sytch had appeared in court earlier that day. She was ordered to have weekly check-ins with the court moving forward. It was also ordered that Sytch may not possess any weapons.
Sytch was arrested and taken into custody on Thursday (January 13). Sytch received two charges for illegally possessing a weapon, and one for terroristic threats.
Per TMZ Sports, law enforcement officers in New Jersey say Sytch was involved in a domestic dispute with a man that could have turned fatal. Details of how the alleged altercation began are unclear, but in the documents, police officers say that Sytch raised a pair of scissors ‘in the air towards the victim’, threatening to kill him. The alleged victim ultimately suffered no injuries, per the report.
