The viewership figure and demo rating for Friday’s (July 22) edition of WWE SmackDown on USA Network has been revealed.
Per Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics, Friday’s episode drew 2.256 million viewers. This is up from the July 15 edition that drew 2.077 million viewers.
The total viewership was the highest for the show since June 17, which is the episode that Vince McMahon was advertised following stepping aside as CEO and Chairman.
In the 18-49 demographics, Friday’s show scored 0.62 rating. This is up significantly from the week prior that scored 0.47 rating.
This was the highest demo rating for SmackDown since January 21.
The show featured Stephanie McMahon making an appearance following her father Vince McMahon retiring from WWE and Brock Lesnar’s return to beat down Theory.
