AEW World Champion MJF has shown off his incredible body transformation, comparing his current physique to his pre-hiatus body.
MJF is currently on the run of his career. The vocal star defeated Jon Moxley to win the AEW World Title in the main event of the November 19 Full Gear pay-per-view.
He has since defended his gold, retaining his title over Ricky Starks at AEW Dynamite: Winter Is Coming on December 14.
MJF has now taken to Twitter to show off his shredded physique. He then shared a photo from before his AEW break for comparison, writing:
“Here’s a before pic during my much needed break from AEW.”
In a somewhat motivating move, MJF finished by telling fans:
“In other words. Stop making excuses you fat f**ks.”
MJF notably stepped away from the ring after his worked shoot promo on the June 1, 2022 edition of Dynamite.
He returned to action at All Out 2022, winning the Casino Ladder Match as the masked ‘Joker’ entrant.
He cashed in his poker chip for a shot at the AEW World Title at Full Gear 2022, which he ultimately won.
