Jay White has made his first social media post since his Loser Leaves NJPW match at Battle In The Valley.
At NJPW The New Beginning in Osaka, Hikuleo defeated Jay White in a Loser Leaves Japan match. White must now leave Japan and no longer wrestle in the country.
However, most New Japan fans were hopefully that Switchblade could continue working for the promotion’s United States brand, NJPW Strong.
At the Battle In The Valley event, White suffered another high-stakes loss to Eddie Kingston in a Loser Leaves NJPW match, which meant that the former IWGP World Heavyweight Champion could no longer compete for the company.
Jay White posted on Twitter for the first time since his loss at Battle In The Valley with a photo of himself kissing the NJPW logo in the center of the ring with the caption of “#SwitchbladeEra”.
As previously reported, AEW President Tony Khan discussed the likelihood of Switchblade coming to All Elite Wrestling.
