Last night (June 17) saw the debut episode of AEW Collision on TNT, which featured a lot of big moments.
One of the moments saw hometown girl Skye Blue team with NJPW Strong Women’s Champion Willow Nightingale against Ruby Soho and AEW Women’s World Champion Toni Storm of the Outcasts.
Skye picked up the win for the team, giving her a big hometown victory, and making her and Willow the first women to ever win a match on AEW Collision.
Today was also a big day for the rising star, as fellow AEW star Kyle Fletcher took to Twitter today, where he and Skye went public with their relationship.
Fletcher shared two pictures of the pair together, alongside the caption:
life’s pretty peachy at the moment
Fletcher, alongside tag team partner Mark Davis, officially signed with AEW last month.
Fletcher has been wrestling in singles matches recently due to Mark Davis’ injury, which led to the team vacating the IWGP World Tag Team Championship.
Fletcher teamed with Will Ospreay and Jeff Cobb on this week’s Rampage to defeat Best Friends and Rocky Romero.
Skye Blue challenged Toni Storm for the AEW Women’s World Championship on this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite.
