The viewership figures for the June 20 NXT Gold Rush special, featuring Raw star Seth Rollins, have now been revealed.
During the TV special, Rollins defended his WWE World Heavyweight Championship against former NXT Champion Bron Breakker.
With such a high-profile star appearing on NXT, many were curious about this week’s TV ratings.
Per Wrestlenomics, the show averaged a total viewership of 773,000 total viewers.
In the 18-49 demographic, the show achieved a 0.23 rating.
For comparison, last week’s show had a total viewership figure of 581,000, with a 0.16 in the 18-49 demo.
A show that was #2 in the 18-49 demo for the night among cable originals, Wrestlenomics also pointed out that Tuesday’s show had NXT’s highest daily ranking in the show’s history.
Following Rollins’ title defence, Finn Balor attacked the champion, ahead of his upcoming title match.
Balor will challenge for Rollins’ gold at the Money in the Bank premium live event.
The highly anticipated show will take place on July 1 in London, England.

NXT Gold Rush will continue next week, with Baron Corbin set to challenge for Carmelo Hayes’ NXT Championship on next Tuesday’s show.
