WWE stars were among the celebrities in attendance at the premiere of Greta Gerwig’s Barbie movie in Los Angeles on July 9.
The movie is based on the popular Mattel doll of the same name and stars Margot Robbie in the lead role alongside Ryan Goslin as (one) Ken.
It also stars John Cena who landed a role after bumping into Robbie during the filming of Fast X.
The movie is set for release on July 21 2023 and the trailer for the less-than-traditional take on the toyline can be seen below this news story.
Photos and a short video popped up on social media recently showed that Liv Morgan, Karrion Kross and Scarlett were in attendance at the premiere.
Morgan made it onto the New York Times’ list of the top 13 “best looks” from the premiere, listed as the Barbie that’s “most likely to crush Ken”.
Alongside Robbie and Gosling, other stars of the movie were also in attendance along with Billie Eilish and Dua Lipa, who both feature on the soundtrack.
Deadline were among the news outlets to cover the red carpet event, showing very on-brand color choices from many in attendance.
