A former WWE star wants a tag match with The Hardys.
On the July 6 edition of IMPACT on AXS TV, Zachary Wentz made his return to IMPACT Wrestling to reunite The Rascalz with Trey Miguel by helping him beat down Chris Sabin.
Wentz was released from WWE in April 2022 following controversial photos circulating on social media.
The former Nash Carter sees his return to IMPACT as a fresh start and is aiming at several dream matches in singles and tag team competition.
In a new interview with PWMania, Wentz named several dream opponents for himself and The Rascalz. He said:
“I want The Hardys, absolutely. That’s one I’ve wanted my whole life because that’s the team that I grew up loving. That was it for me.”
“And then singles wise man, that’s a hard one. I’ve never had a singles match with Osprey. I’d like one with him.”
“I’ve never had a singles match with Lio. I would like one with him.”
“I would really, really, really like to work with Seth Rollins in a singles match just because I was always a huge fan of him. His style is just phenomenal. He’s phenomenal. So yeah, I could keep naming off names, but we ain’t got time.”
Zachary Wentz alongside Trey Miguel recently cost ABC (Ace Austin and Chris Bey) their IMPACT World Tag Team Championships, which allowed Subculture’s Mark Andrews and Flash Morgan Webster to win the gold in a four way bout at Slammiversary.
