A rising WWE star has taken to social media to show off his painful war wounds from a hard-hitting match on NXT.
On this week’s NXT (September 5) the Global Heritage Invitational continued with two separate matches, from Group A and B respectively.
The Group A match saw SmackDown’s Butch take on Axiom, which was the first match of the tournament to end in a 12-minute time-limit draw.
This result earned both men a point apiece, but it seems it left Axiom in particular walking away with more than just that as he took to Twitter to show off the scars suffered at the hands of the Brusierweight.
Posted alongside a pair of snapshots of a gruesome scar on his neck, Axiom stated that despite the wounds he wanted more than 12 minutes to face Butch once again.
Axiom tweeted:
12 minutes are not enough, let’s run it back! @PeteDunneYxB
