John Cena has now commented on teaming with LA Knight against the Bloodline at WWE Fastlane.
Ahead of the October 7 premium live event, John Cena had signed a contract to face off against Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa, but didn’t have anyone officially penned in to be his tag-team partner.
This all changed on the September 29 edition of SmackDown, when LA Knight saved Cena from a beatdown and signed his name on the Fastlane contract.
Cena has now taken to social media to celebrate his new tag partner.
Sharing the official graphic for the tag-team match, Cena wrote:
Better late than never!
YEAH, I have a partner for #WWEFastlane! See you next week, Jimmy @WWEUsos and @WWESoloSikoa! @WWE
It was also revealed on SmackDown that IYO SKY will defend her WWE Women’s Title against Asuka and Charlotte Flair at Fastlane.
A new match has also been set up for the event, with a WWE star accepting his rival’s challenge, which you can read more about at this link.
