A women’s wrestling star who has been making appearances in Japan is actually signed to All Elite Wrestling.
Megan Bayne had been a mainstay on AEW Dark and Dark: Elevation before the shows were discontinued earlier this year.
Bayne has recently been wrestling in Japan, where she has been performing for STARDOM, among other promotions.
However, she actually is not under contract with STARDOM, but rather AEW.
Per Fightful Select (subscription required), Bayne has been under an AEW contract for months, though she has not been used on television in the company.
Bayne has been working in Japan for STARDOM for the last few months.
As of this past Summer, Fightful was told that there have been no significant creative plans for her within AEW.
Bayne has also made appearances for IMPACT Wrestling in the past.
