WWE star Giovanni Vinci has now commented after his match at Raw Day 1 was stopped after concern about Vinci’s safety.
Vinci teamed with his Imperium teammate Ludwig Kaiser to face off against Jey Uso and Kofi Kingston.
The match was ultimately stopped by the referee shortly after Giovanni Vinci took a dropkick from Kofi Kingston.
Kingston made a hot-tag to Jey Uso but the match was called off at this point, with Kingston and Uso awarded the victory due to referee stoppage.
This led to concerns arising about Vinci, who was seen getting checked on after taking Kingston’s dropkick.
Vinci has now taken to Twitter to share a message for fans, stating that he’s fine.
Vinci wrote:
I am fine. Thank you so much 🙏🏼

We will continue to provide updates on Giovanni Vinci as they become available.
Sto bene. Grazie mille 🙏🏼
