A WWE star has taken to social media to show off a nasty wound suffered during a recent match.
In what was easily the most violent encounter of NXT Vengeance Day 2024, Djiak dealt out his own brand of hard justice against the eccentric Joe Gacy in a no disqualification bout.
Picking up his first PLE victory of his current run, Dijak defeated Gacy – overcoming such odds as: having his eyes duct-taped shut, being caned repeatedly with a kendo stick and, perhaps most memorably, being launched through a table littered with toy soldiers.
After the win Dijak posted an image of the damage suffered at the hands of Gacy; specifically a nasty gash on his right elbow.
Along with the picture of the injury (see below), Dijak pointed out in the caption that getting hurt at Vengeance Day was becoming a regular occurrence following his truly brutal broken finger injury suffered at last year’s event.
Dijak said in the post:
Annual #VengeanceDay tradition.
Elsewhere at Vengeance Day, a massive betrayal took place in the closing stages of the show as Carmelo Hayes turned his back on his long-time friend and tag partner Trick Williams.
