WWE NXT star Sol Ruca has commented on her in-ring return after 10 months away due to an injury.
Sol Ruca returned to the ring during Friday’s (February 9) NXT house show, teaming with Brinley Reece in a match against Jacy Jayne & Thea Hail.
While Ruca wasn’t victorious in the ring, she was still in high spirits following her wrestling comeback.
She took to Twitter to celebrate her return after the bout, writing:
Wooohooo it’s good to be back 👀 #NXTCrystalRiver
Prior to this, Ruca had last wrestled at an April 2023 NXT house show, teaming with Dani Palmer to defeat Jakara Jackson & Lash Legend.
She was written off TV with a mystery attack angle on the April 25 edition of NXT, with Sol Ruca needing time to recover from surgery following an ACL injury.
The former gymnast was previously touted as a future star of WWE’s women’s division.
Her incredible Sol Snatcher finisher went viral online following her in-ring debut in 2022.
Ruca previously revealed her inspiration for her front-flip cutter signature move, which you can read about right here.
